How to deal with common faults of electric vacuum feeder?

1. On the manual test interface of the touch screen of the Eversun electric vacuum feeder, start the vacuum pump and observe whether the airflow between the vacuum meter and the pressure relief port is normal. Also, check that the vacuum and airflow meet the requirements. When the vacuum exceeds the normal value, it will block the conveying pipe on the surface of the equipment. When the vacuum degree is lower than the normal value, it will clog the surface of the equipment.

2. Check the tightness of the delivery pipeline to see if there is any air leakage. First start the electric vacuum feeder. Then check whether there is suction at the feed inlet. If there is no suction, check whether the material is blocked. If the suction is weak, check whether there is any material blocking the filter element and whether the delivery pipe is leaking.

3. Furthermore, check whether the vacuum feeder is working normally, and check whether the valve is working normally.
