Bulk Material Weighing & Batching
In practical application, the materials in the early stage will be fed through the dust-free feeding station or the unpacking line and then vacuum-loaded into each material storage silo with a weighing module, which is used to monitor the amount of material in the silo for timely replenishment.
The discharge port of each silo is equipped with a vibrating feeding device, which closely cooperates with the platform scale under the receiving barrel and on the RGV to play the role of high-precision material distribution. The outlet of the vibrating feeder and the receiving barrel are connected in a dust-free manner through automatic docking facilities. The entire production process is fully enclosed, and dust leakage is strictly controlled to avoid occupational health problems for personnel, and at the same time prevent materials from being polluted by the external environment, achieving green production.
In the Ingredient Weigh Batching link, before each weighing, manually use a forklift or AGV to transport the receiving bucket to the platform scale of the RGV. RGV can be transplanted and connected to the bucket, and automatically execute the entire weighing process according to the program set in advance on the control screen. Configuration mode management, one-button start and stop, convenient and flexible operation.
