Structure principle
• The tumbler screening machine effectively imitates the manual actions and processes of human beings, and its movement mode is similar to that of manual sieving. The eccentricity is adjustable from 25-40mm, and the low-speed V-belt drive is adjustable from 120-360rpm.
• The residence time of each product can be adjusted, just adjust its radial direction and cutting angle along the direction of the drive shaft.
• Thus, the material is made to do horizontal and throwing three-dimensional tumbling motion, which produces a spiral-like motion, so that the material is evenly dispersed on the entire mesh surface from the center to the edge, and the fine particles complete the screening process.
• During the operation, as the movement of the particles increases, the particles close to the sieve size are separated, and the particles larger than the sieve size are discharged from the outlet. There is a guiding device at the outlet, which is used to control the flow, and this device can also adjust the residence time of the material on the screen.
• This process is repeated for each layer of screening.
