Working principle of Bulk bag unloader
The packaging bag is lifted by the electric hoist of jumbo bag emptying station, and the bag rope of the packaging bag is hung on the steel support. Then manually open the operation door of the discharge valve, manually pull the discharge port of the packaging bag into the tie port of the discharge valve, press the tie button, the discharge valve tightens the cylinder to lock the bag mouth, and then manually pulls the big bag. Pull down the discharge port of the discharge port from the discharge position, cover the outside of the discharge pipe in the sealed box of the discharge port, press the pneumatic control switch of the bag pressing mechanism, so that the sealing flange is lowered, and pressed tightly on the end of the discharge pipe, seal the unloading channel to prevent dust leakage during the unloading process, then unpack the bag manually, and finally close the operation door. Manually open the valve on the ventilation and dust removal pipeline connected to the sealing box of the discharge port. So far, the unloading preparation process is over.
