Straight row screen

Straight row screen is mainly composed of screen box, screen mesh, motor, damping spring, bracket, and so on. Among them, the screen box is the main part of the screening, the screen is the key part of the screening, and the motor is an important part of providing vibration force.
1. Inlet and outlet: The inlet and outlet are designed in the same vertical direction, and the large flow outlet at the bottom enables the material to be discharged directly. The discharge speed is fast, and the output is 2-5 times that of ordinary round sieves;
2. Motor: The motor is designed outside the straight row screen, which reduces its height and effectively utilizes the space. Its vibration intensity can be adjusted to meet the screening requirements of different materials. In addition, in order to meet the special requirements of customers, the motor can also be made into an explosion-proof motor;
3. Screen: The screen is made of woven wire mesh, which has the advantages of fine holes, high strength, and wear resistance. The size of the screen hole is optional, and can be selected according to the actual screening needs of customers;
4. Supporting structure: The supporting structure of the in-line sieve is mainly composed of a base, springs, supporting rods, etc., which can adjust the inclination angle of the screen frame and the screen to make the screening process more stable.

Straight row screen is commonly used in the feeding system at the front of the production line in food, new energy, and other industries to separate foreign matter from raw materials. It can be directly used in the pipeline in series to remove foreign matter and impurities in the pipeline or installed under the bulk silo for safe screening of powder; it can also be pneumatically conveyed from tank car or rail car receiving operations to inspect incoming material after delivery; or directly used in conjunction with a vacuum conveyor to achieve negative pressure and dust-free operation.
