Features of hopper
1. Non-standard customized containers, the volume can be customized.
2. It is made of stainless steel 304 and stainless steel 316L, and the interior can be polished, painted, and other treatment options. The equipment interface adopts argon arc welding.
3. The top of the tank is provided with a clamp-type inlet hole formed by stamping, and the quick-lock structure is easy to open. It is equipped with a medical-grade white silicone sealing ring, which has good sealing performance.
4. The bottom of the cone is equipped with a large-diameter quick-loading discharge valve (standard configuration is manual, and it can be equipped with pneumatic). It is easy to open, equipped with a medical-grade white silicone sealing ring, easy to disassemble and clean, and the operating handle has an on/off automatic positioning lock. Tightening function to prevent loosening.
5. All corners are R-angle arc transition without dead angle, the material is easy to flow without residue, easy to clean and beautiful in appearance.
