One layer for 2 size sieving grading, two layers for 3 size sieving grading, etc, it can be up to five layers, you can customize the number of layers according to actual needs(can be multi-layer free combination and disassembly). With different sieving requirements, there are different machine materials to choose from, like full stainless steel, plastic, contact part stainless steel, and full carbon steel, etc., as per different sieving standards, you can choose SUS 304 or SUS316L for stainless steel part.

1. The rotary vibrating screen is small in size, light in weight, and easy to move.
2. The direction of the discharge port can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the coarse and fine materials can be discharged automatically, and can be operated automatically or manually.

Blindness and clogging may occur when sieving difficult-to-sieve powders, and the following screen-cleaning devices can be used:
The Ultrasonic Sieve Deblinding System manufactured by Eversun has revolutionized the way difficult powders are screened on sieve openings. It can sift through screens down to 20 microns without clogging the screen or blinding the mesh. At the same time, the output of the screening machine is improved and the cleaning time is reduced.
In addition to this, bouncing balls and brushes can be used to clean the screen when not so fine screens are used for sieving. The bouncing ball of the vibrating screening machine is installed between the surface net and the bottom net of the screen. During the operation of the screening machine, the bouncing ball repeatedly jumps and collides with the material adhered to the net to improve the penetration rate of the material and effectively prevent the material from blocking the screen and increasing screening throughput.
Customizable parts or additional configuration
1. In order to improve the quality of finished materials and meet acceptable process standards, we can also add magnetic grilles to the screening machine, that is, iron remover.
2. BFM soft connections or rubber bellows can be added to the inlet and outlet of the screening machine to keep the materials clean and prevent dust from flying when the materials are transported to the screening machine or transferred to another place.
3. The size of the screening machine can be adjusted according to the customer’s on-site conditions, such as increasing the height of the low cylinder and lengthening the discharge port.
4. The motor can use an explosion-proof motor.
5. Wheels can be added to facilitate the movement of the screening machine.
6. Pneumatic gates can be added to the discharge port of the screening machine to control the screening and discharging time.
