The material enters the cylindrical grinding chamber through the feeding port and is crushed by the grinding wheel which moves in a circle along the grinding rail. The crushed material is taken out of the crushing chamber through the negative pressure air flow caused by the fan and into the material collection system. The air is filtered through the filter bag, and the material and dust are collected to complete the crushing. Because the host motor and the extension motor adopt frequency conversion control technology, the user can adjust freely in different fineness ranges, to better meet a variety of fineness requirements.

Working principle of Ultrafine grinder

The ultrafine grinder is mainly composed of a feed motor, a feed adjustment plate, a feed inlet, a pulverizer cavity, a classification motor, a pipeline, a cyclone separator, an unloader, a dust removal box, and a unloader. When working, first start the motor, open the valve of the hopper, and then put in the material, then the material enters the crushing chamber from the material door through the screw conveyor, and the high-speed rotating blade will cut and crush the material, and finally, the crushed material is separated by the classifying wheel to meet the fineness The required product enters the cyclone separator, and the cyclone separator separates the dust from the airflow and discharges the material, while the dust separated by the cyclone separator enters the dust removal box, and is filtered and recovered by a cloth bag or a filter cartridge. The whole working process is airtight without dust flying.
