Working principle of Bag dump stations
The bag dump stations are mainly composed of a feeding port, a cylinder, a pneumatic valve, and an electrical control system. When feeding, the operator opens the bin door of the bag dumper, puts the bag on the bracket, and pushes it into the grid. Then, the operator cuts a vertical opening in the material bag, dumps and shakes the material bag to make it empty, and the material falls into the hopper by the power to complete the unpacking and unloading work. When feeding and opening the bin door, the dust collection fan on the dust-free feeding station will also start working at the same time, so that a slight negative pressure will be generated in the feeding bin, and the material dust raised during the feeding process will be adsorbed to the filter element in the feeding bin. After finishing, close the material door. At this time, the sensor transmits this operation to the control system, and the control system responds to the pulse blowback device. The backflush device starts to work and blows the dust from the filter screen into the hopper, thus ensuring the user a dust-free working environment during the feeding process of dumping bag.
