The name of the big belly vacuum conveyor is unique according to the characteristics of the vacuum conveyor, and we can also call it a vacuum conveyor. Compared with the general vacuum conveyor, the silo space is larger, and the continuous conveying efficiency is high. The big belly type is more suitable for large output and light unloading warehouses.

The vacuum conveyor is a kind of dust-free airtight pipeline equipment that uses vacuum suction to transport granular and powdery materials. Using the air pressure difference between the vacuum and the ambient space, the gas in the pipeline flows.  Then the powdery material is driven to move, thereby completing the powdery material.

When it comes to big belly vacuum conveyor, belly types exist for one main reason. There is a cone inside the machine that resembles a small apron. For the stock with a light specific gravity, it can avoid the material flying upward well during the feeding process, causing the stock to run upwards and making it difficult to feed, and increase the protective filter element service life.
