Ribbon mixers with feeding devices
Ribbon mixers with feeding devices can improve production efficiency and mixing quality. According to actual needs, we can select the following feeding devices.
1. Screw feeder: The screw feeder is a common feeding device that transports materials from the feeding port to the inside of the mixer through the rotation of the spiral blades. Because the screw feeder can achieve continuous and even feeding to avoid material accumulation and clogging.
2. Vibrating feeder: The vibrating feeder uses the vibration generated by the vibrator to keep the feeding port open, and the material continuously enters the mixer under the action of vibration. So the vibrating feeder is suitable for materials that are easy to agglomerate or have high viscosity.
3. Automatic weighing and feeding system: The automatic weighing and feeding system monitors the materials in real time through the weighing sensor and automatically controls the feeding speed according to the set feeding amount. So this feeding device can accurately control the feeding amount and improve mixing accuracy.
4. Multi-point feeding device: For occasions where multiple materials need to be added, a multi-point feeding device can be used. Because this device can set up multiple feeding ports at different positions of the mixer to add different materials respectively to improve the mixing effect.
5. Rotary feeder: The rotary feeder is a device that transports materials to the mixer through rotating blades. The rotary feeder is suitable for granular or block materials. Moreover,it can achieve continuous and even feeding.
