Powder vacuum feeder realizes flexible transportation of materials over long distances

The powder vacuum feeder is a device specially used for conveying and loading powder and granule materials. It uses vacuum technology and airflow conveying principles to transport powder materials from the source to the target location.

In some specific production processes, many factories need to feed materials directly from the third floor or higher, and the height of powder transportation must reach more than 20 meters. Eversun designed the powder vacuum feeder to work in series during powder transfer at specific heights. The design concept solves problems such as material backflow, easy material blocking, and efficiency without increasing the power consumption of the entire machine. The vacuum feeder can transport materials continuously and evenly under the action of negative pressure. There is no residue in the conveying pipe, no material pile-up at the bends, and no problem of material blocking. Moreover, the conveying pipeline can move flexibly, and the entire conveying process takes place in a closed environment. This prevents contamination of the material.
