In general, there are two dust removal methods available for the dust-free feeding station. The first is a back-blowing dust removal device. This method is to use a fan to extract air when feeding materials, adsorbing dust on the filter cartridge and knocking down the dust again through back-blowing. Therefore, this method can effectively avoid material waste and create a hygienic working environment in the workshop.

The second one is the collection dust removal device. This way can pump the dust generated during feeding through the fan and collect it in an additional bin. Therefore, this method can reduce the flow of dust in the air and dispose of it evenly after some time.

The choice of the two ways mainly depends on the degree of the customer’s requirements for the sanitary level of the material. If it is an ordinary type of material, it is enough to add a backflush dust removal device. If the hygienic level of the material is high, we can use a dust collection device.
