Working principle:

Specifically, the screw mixer operates through an internally designed spiral belt mechanism. When the equipment starts, the external spiral belt pushes material from both ends to the center, and the internal one conveys it from the center to both ends. These opposing flows create convection, shearing, and diffusion mixing effects, ensuring highly uniform material mixing in a short time.
