Working principle of vacuum feeder machine

The vacuum feeder, vacuum suction machine, and vacuum conveyor,  all use vacuum pumps to pump air so that the entire system at the suction port is in a certain vacuum state. The powder and granular materials are sucked into the feeding port with the outside air at any time, forming an airflow, passing through the feeding pipe, reaching the feeding hopper, and blowing air in the feeding hopper, so that the material enters the receiving device.

First, the vacuum feeder machine uses a vortex air pump to pump air. Then the inlet of the suction nozzle and the whole system will be in a certain vacuum state. Second, The machine draws powder and particles into the nozzle along with external air. Then it forms a material flow and reaches the hopper through the feeding pipe. Third, separate gas and material. Then the separated materials enter the material receiving equipment. Finally, the pneumatic three-way valve opens and closes continuously to complete feeding and discharging. Meanwhile, the control center controls the opening and closing of the pneumatic three-way valve. The vacuum feeder is equipped with compressed air back-blowing equipment. Every time the machine discharges material, the compressed air pulses back-flush the filter to knock down the powder adsorbed on the surface of the filter to ensure the normal operation of the feeding.
