The inner and the outer screw belt installed outside the mixing barrel, the motor connected to the mixing shaft installed at the inlet of the top mixing barrel, at the outlet of the bottom mixing barrel, and the oil bath heating sheath arranged on the periphery of the mixing cylinder, and the infrared heating plate in contact with the oil bath heating sheath. Using an oil bath to heat thickener one, with a large heat conduction area and fast heat conduction speed. In addition,  use an infrared heating plate to heat the oil without a built-in heating tube, which reduces the difficulty of installation, and the heating speed is fast.

A compound thickener is a food additive product composed of two or more food colloids in a certain proportion. Moreover, we widely use it in beverages, dairy, and other fields. Food colloid is a semi-fluid material, so we can use a Horizontal Ribbon Mixer. But when it is in a low-temperature environment, the colloid is easy to freeze, and we should heat the colloid. This makes it easy to mix.
