Industries widely use alumina, an important raw material, in fields such as metallurgy, ceramics and the chemical industry. Intermittent vacuum feeder working principle
The working process is generally divided into three stages: feeding stage, conveying stage and unloading stage. 
In the loading stage, the vacuum pump will pump the suction chamber of the charging machine to a certain vacuum degree, forming a negative pressure environment. Place the suction nozzle of the suction chamber into the alumina pile. Since the external pressure exceeds the internal one, thus the pressure difference sucks alumina into the suction chamber.
Upon entering the conveying stage, when the suction – chamber material reaches the preset amount, close the feed valve to stop further entry. The vacuum pump continues to work to maintain the vacuum in the chamber. And then, subsequently, it continues to open the discharge valve of the delivery pipe. Vacuum suction delivers aluminum oxide to the target container or equipment through a conveyor tube.
In unloading, once delivery ends, the vacuum pump stops. We inject air into the suction chamber to restore normal pressure. Then, the discharge valve opens. Subsequently, the material, by gravity, discharges from the suction chamber to the target, completing one conveying cycle.
