Specific requirements: The screen mesh of the vibrating screen should be in close contact with the screen frame. This is beneficial to the conduction of static electricity. When connecting the ground wire, we can spot weld it directly to the screen and then introduce it to the bottom. If the screen is not in close contact with the sieve, it is necessary to directly install the grounding wire on the sieve and then lead it down. But if we connect it directly to the screen, the device will cause friction in the cable and break it when the equipment is running. Using ultrasonic device
The ultrasonic device is composed of an ultrasonic power supply and an ultrasonic transducer. The ultrasonic power supply converts the current into high-frequency, low-amplitude ultrasonic vibration waves. Then it will transmit the transducer to the screen surface.
