Dust-free conveying system: A vacuum conveyor with a dust-free dumping station is designed to create a dust-free conveying system for handling materials. This system ensures efficient and clean material transfer.

Eversun vacuum conveyor uses negative pressure to seal and convey the material, and realizes dust-free production during transportation. However, dust will still fly everywhere when we pour the material from the bag into the bucket. In view of this phenomenon, we can cooperate with dust-free dumping stations. The dust-free dumping station has a dust removal system to avoid dust flying when feeding, and then the material falls into the buffer bin. Vibrators help the material flow, and the material can enter the conveying pipeline of the Vacuum conveyor very smoothly.  And transported to the next process.
