Silica sand screening and quantitative packaging solutions

A Vietnamese customer came to us in 2022 to seek solutions for screening and quantitative packaging of silica sand. His needs were dust-free and high precision.

Below is the solution we customized for him:

1. The Vacuum conveyor transports the materials from the material collection point to the gyratory sifter. There is no dust during the process because it is pneumatic conveying.
2. Gyratory sifter screens materials with high efficiency and precision, with an accuracy of up to 98%.
3. The screened materials enter the receiving bin and wait to be packed.
4. There are two screw conveyors in the receiving warehouse. The left side is connected to the small bag packaging machine, and the right side is connected to the large bag packaging machine.
5. The speed of the spiral is automatically adjustable according to needs. So it can achieve a packaging accuracy of 0.3%.
6. The vacuum cleaner will recover dust that may have escaped during the packaging process.
