EVERSUN Automatic unpacking solutions for fertilizer industry

EVERSUN has been committed to the processing of bulk materials for many years. Meanwhile, we help enterprises to realize the integrated operation of unpacking, unloading, and conveying operations.

Many fertilizer manufacturers mostly adopt the production method of dry powder mixing or semi-slurry mixing. Most of the main raw materials of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium fertilizers are semi-finished products purchased from other units, then packaged into 500-2000kg big bags or 50kg small bags. The manufacturer needs to unpack and measure subsequent orders. In response to the needs of chemical fertilizer enterprises for automatic unpacking and measurement, EVERSUN has developed and produced ton bag feeding station. Because it can greatly improve the automation level and labor efficiency of chemical fertilizer enterprises. If you want to know more about our automatic unpacking solutions, please contact us.

AUTOMATIC UNPACKING SOLUTIONS

The main components of the fertilizer unpacking and feeding station include ton bag feeding station+ hopper + screw conveyor. It can complete the integrated operation process of unpacking, unloading, and conveying operations of fertilizer ton bags.

Workflow:

First, use a forklift or an electric hoist to lift the bag to the feed port of the ton bag feeding station. There are two types of machines available depending on whether the bag is recyclable or not. If we don’t recycle the ton bag, a bag breaker will break the bag automatically. And the remaining cut bags and materials fall into the screening machine for screening. So the pure materials fall into the hopper and then transported to the material point. If we recycle the ton bag, manually disassemble the discharge port of the fertilizer packaging bag. Open the flow control valve, and the attached bagging device will push the powdery and granular materials in the packaging bag into the hopper below according to its weight. Then transported to the desired location through conveying equipment such as screw conveyors.
