1. System structure
The automatic Powder batching system is a comprehensive automation system that integrates microcomputer control and data management through weighing and feeding, formula control, mixing and homogenization, and material transportation. Correspondingly, it uses Mitsubishi or Siemens series PLC and industrial control microcomputer to form a high-performance control platform. Because the system runs stably and reliably, the operation is simple and practical, so it has superior cost performance.
2. System composition
1) Control part: The upper computer adopts an industrial control microcomputer, with a Mitsubishi or Siemens series PLC communication module and digital input and output module. Moreover, the manual/automatic control switch, manual button, indicator light, etc. all installed in the integrated control in the cabinet. So it is easy to operate.
2) Software part: tailor-made according to the basic requirements of the batching system and the actual needs of users.
3) Weighing part: adopt a high-precision weighing module, combined with a weighing control instrument combination.
4) Feeding part: We can use pneumatic valve control and screw frequency conversion control for feeding and discharging.
5) Mixing part: Configure related mixing equipment according to material mixing and customer requirements.
6) Conveyor part: use screw feeding method or pneumatic method to be responsible for feeding to the designated position.
3. Scope of use
This machine is mainly suitable for various industries such as plastics, rubber, food, chemical industry, building materials, lithium batteries, etc., and it is used for weighing and batching small particles and powdery materials according to the predetermined proportion formula.
