Workflow of graphite crucible filling system
The operation process of this filling system is to send the empty crucible to the conveying device, and then the crucible starts to move up. After reaching the designated position, the hydraulic system starts, and the degassing filling machine starts to degas and fill. During the filling process, the position sensor under the silo gives a signal to complete the filling, extrusion, metering and lifting. During the filling process, the air contained in the fine powder is discharged through a special degassing device to ensure that the material at the outlet is filled into the crucible in a cluster state to achieve high-density filling. After filling, the crucible is taken out.
