Ribbon Mixing machine is a mixing system and mixing product manufactured by mixing system and mixing equipment technology. Ribbon Mixing machine mainly consists of a U-shaped container, ribbon mixing blade, and transmission parts. The U-shaped long-body cylinder structure ensures the small resistance movement of the mixed materials (powder, semi-fluid) in the cylinder. The spiral blades are generally made of two layers. The outer spiral gathers the materials from both sides to the center, and the inner spiral diverts the materials from the center to both sides so that the materials form convective mixing in the mixing tank to achieve high uniformity mixing. The transmission part can reduce the resistance movement in the cylinder so that the materials can form more eddies in the flow and mix better.
