Vibratory feeder

The vibration source of the trough vibratory feeding is the exciter, which is composed of two eccentric shafts (active and passive) and a gear pair. The motor drives the active shaft through the V-belt, and then the gear on the active shaft meshes with the passive shaft. Rotation, the active and passive shafts rotate in reverse at the same time, so that the tank body vibrates, so that the material flows continuously to achieve the purpose of conveying materials; when the material passes through the sieve bars on the trough body, the smaller materials can fall through the gap between the sieve bars, can play a screening effect without going through the next crushing process.
