Upon entering the conveying stage, when the suction – chamber material reaches the preset amount, close the feed valve to stop further entry. The vacuum pump continues to work to maintain the vacuum in the chamber. And then, subsequently, it continues to open the discharge valve of the delivery pipe. Vacuum suction delivers aluminum oxide to the target container or equipment through a conveyor tube.
In unloading, once delivery ends, the vacuum pump stops. We inject air into the suction chamber to restore normal pressure. Kemudian, the discharge valve opens. Seterusnya, bahan, by gravity, discharges from the suction chamber to the target, completing one conveying cycle.
