Jedoch, considering the strong corrosiveness of sodium hydroxide, we must strictly control the process parameters during the mixing process. The inner wall of the three-dimensional mixer should be made of 316L stainless steel and supplemented with Teflon coating passivation treatment to prevent direct contact between the metal and the materials. Control mixing temperature at 30-50℃ to avoid moisture absorption & caking from overheating or fluidity issues from low temperatures. For safe operation, install negative pressure dust removal to prevent diffusion and require operators to wear acid/alkali-resistant PPE.
